Salisbury Plain, Wiltshire - World War I

These two cards were published by T L Fuller of Amesbury are are both of locations in Salisbury Plain during World War I.

I purchased these cards primarily because the photographs were taken by T L Fuller who shares ancestry with my great grandmother, Elizabeth Fuller

However the subject matter on both is also interesting, and I have included some close ups of some of the smaller images.

This second card shows a cart containing soldiers making its way along a flooded road.  It is numbered 41 and has 'Wallace' hand written on the back - perhaps the name of one of the cart's occupants?
