The Windmill, Barnham, Sussex

The windmill was operational between 1829 and 1963, and is built on the site of a post mill which was destroyed by high winds on October 11th, 1827.  Following a failed attempt to restore the mill to working order, the mill was sold to a property developer for conversion into dwellings.
