Yellow Lily - 3rd June 2003

This is a close up of a single Lily flower.  The key to success is to be vigilant for Lily Beetles as the plants are growing. These little red pests must be removed because they can decimate a plant in just a few hours, and they have a neat trick of leaping off the plant onto the ground if they sense you approaching!
