Ever since seeing an antique postcard of Scaynes Hill, I have been meaning to call into this village to find out more about the two steeples.
St Augustine's Church, not particularly pretty to my eye, was designed by Habershon in 1858. The tower with the timber belfry and spire was added in 1883.
The church contains a tapestry made by parishioners.
