This building looks ecclesiastical in origin - however I have been informed it was the power house, part of the former tram depot. I suppose the openings in the apex are where the wires left the building. It is situated on the road from St Leonards-on-Sea to Bexhill and now seems part of a builders merchants. My thanks to Martin Harper for identifying this building.
