This Victorian brick built church was destroyed by fire in May 2003.
The church began as the Islingword Road mission, a tin church. This was replaced by a brick building in 1899/90.
Re-development of the site is in progress - the drains are going in.
The next two pictures are of the building at Easter during 1996. They were kindly provided by Michael Staudinger who offered them to me to use here, remaining his copyright.
